Job summary

Sanco Thermo King is seeking a field service technician in North Liberty, IA to troubleshoot, repair, and service refrigeration units and auxiliary power units at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and maintain comprehensive service documentation while upholding safety and quality standards.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, diesel engine experience, and a technical certification is a plus.

Essential Functions

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair of refrigeration units and auxiliary power units
• Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify all components
• Positively interface with Service Writers, leadership team, the parts department, drivers, vendors, and customers
• Keep paperwork updated and submitted upon completion
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness
• Meet and maintain labor efficiency goals
• Meet requirements for certifications

Working Conditions
