A leading tire company in Cullman, Alabama is seeking a Diesel Service Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on diesel vehicles. Candidates should have strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in diagnostic tools. This full-time position offers $17.00 per hour and various benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in diesel service and be able to work in-person, with a strong focus on safety and attention to detail.

Diesel Service Technician

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on automotive & diesel vehicles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Conduct inspections and perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Repair or replace faulty parts and components
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems
• Perform intermediate level maintenance and repair, including major and minor component replacements on vehicle A/C, ignition, electrical, heating, cooling, drive train and axles.
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed

Requirements

• Must have clean MVR, Drug Test, pass DOT physical.

• Salary: Base pay $17.00 + per hour (based on experience)
