• Developing skills to diagnose and repair hydraulic and electrical systems, engines, and fuel systems.
• Working with online parts and service information systems.
• Completing reports and forms for service operations in a timely, accurate manner.
• Assisting other diesel technicians and departments to add value and service to stakeholders.
• Engaging in training, mentoring, and feedback surveys.
