Job summary

APRR LLC New England Truck Center is seeking a Road Service Technician in Exeter, NH. This full-time role involves responding to service calls, diagnosing and repairing diesel trucks, trailers, and equipment, and collaborating with Dispatch and Parts to get drivers back on the road.

You will perform emergency roadside work, brake and electrical repairs, engine and powertrain servicing, and ensure safety protocols are followed while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Diesel engine repair training or certification preferred.
• Experience with diesel-powered trucks and equipment.
• Proficiency with diesel engine diagnostic tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and diagnose, repair, and service diesel vehicles and equipment.
• Perform emergency roadside diagnostics, repairs, and service.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems quickly and accurately.
• Complete engine and powertrain repairs, from minor to complex.
• Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs and maintain safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Parts and Dispatch to obtain necessary parts and schedule work.
