Job summary

Qualifications

• Four or more years of diesel or natural gas engines experience.
• Ability to read and use schematics/diagrams; diesel tech background preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; diesel program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses industrial diesel and natural gas engines.
• Disassembles and assembles components to manufacturer specs with tools.
• Rebuilds, repairs, and maintains equipment and components.
• Communicates customer needs to shop management and plans repair costs.
• Mentors and trains other technicians; performs safety-compliant work.
• Completes all repair documents promptly and ensures clean work areas.
