Job summary

Titan Machinery is seeking a Case IH Diesel Mechanic Truck to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel machinery, delivering high-quality workmanship per manufacturer specs.

You will travel to offsite training as needed, bring your own tools, and collaborate with the service team with a focus on safety, timely communication, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology
• Ability to travel to offsite training facilities as needed
• Must have own tools
• Keen attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work independently
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, repair, and reconditioning of diesel machinery per manufacturer specifications
• Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly with the Service Manager, team, and customers
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise: Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality and efficient workmanship
• Documentation and Communication: Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers while providing timely and courteous service
• Technical Development and Customer Focus: Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities. Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and support department profitability
• Safety and Compliance:Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments

• Ability to travel to offsite training facilities, as needed
• Must have own tools

• Exceptional Documentation and Communication Abilities

• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to travel to customer and company locations
