Job summary

Titan Machinery is seeking a Case IH Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel machinery, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely service. You will communicate findings and timelines to the service team and customers, while pursuing ongoing technical development to stay current with product knowledge.

Preferred candidates have 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology, own tools, and strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program.
• Willingness to travel to offsite training facilities as needed.
• Must have own tools for service work.
• Keen attention to detail, high initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise: Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components per manufacturer specifications.

Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and support department profitability.
• Safety and Compliance:Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments.
