Job summary

Titan Machinery in Grand Forks, ND seeks a Case IH Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel equipment, delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced service environment.

You will communicate findings and timelines to the Service Manager and customers, travel for offsite training as needed, and participate in ongoing training to stay current on product knowledge. Titan offers benefits and incentives.

• Ability to travel to offsite training facilities, as needed.

Overview

Join the Titan Machinery team as a Case IH Diesel Mechanic and leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional service for diesel machinery diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise: Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality and efficient workmanship
• Documentation and Communication: Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers while providing timely and courteous service
• Technical Development and Customer Focus: Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities. Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and support department profitability
• Safety and Compliance:Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments
