Titan Machinery is hiring a Case IH Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment with precision. You will perform diagnostics, communicate findings to customers, and support continuous training to stay current with product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology.
• Willingness to travel to offsite training as needed.
• Must own your tools.
• Keen attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Strong documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, repair, and technical expertise to diagnose, repair, and recondition machine systems per manufacturer specs.
• Communicate findings, repair needs, and timelines clearly with the Service Manager, team, and customers.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities; identify customer opportunities.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and regulations during work assignments.

Overview

Join the Titan Machinery team as a Case IH Diesel Mechanic and leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional service for diesel machinery diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise: Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality and efficient workmanship
• Documentation and Communication: Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers while providing timely and courteous service
• Technical Development and Customer Focus: Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities. Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and support department profitability
• Safety and Compliance:Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments

Qualifications

Required:

• Have 2+ years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program
• Ability to travel to offsite training facilities, as needed
• Must have own tools
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities

Preferred:

• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to travel to customer and company locations
