Job summary

Reyes Fleet Management, one of the largest privately held fleets in the U.S., is seeking a Diesel Mechanic Trainee / Fleet Technician Trainee to help repair and maintain tractor and trailer equipment at our Reyes Beverage Group shop in Richmond, VA. Shift: Full-Time, 10:00AM - 6:30PM, Monday-Friday.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00/hr, depending on experience/qualifications. This role offers 4 weeks PTO + holiday pay, yearly raises, ASE/CDL incentives, 401K with company-paid life insurance, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Technical School Certification with 0–2 years of related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR per DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and maintain fleet equipment.
• Document repairs and maintenance in AssetWorks system.
• Assist diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area.
• Adhere to DOT/OSHA policies and safety practices.
