Job summary

Reyes Fleet Management in Richmond, VA, is seeking a Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician A to repair and maintain tractors, trailers and refrigerated units at our Reyes Beverage Group shop. Shift: Full-Time, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

Pay: $31.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. You will diagnose, rebuild and repair fleet equipment, document repairs in the Enterprise Asset Management system, and comply with DOT, OSHA and Reyes safety programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of related experience.
• Must possess own tools.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR per DOT regulations to operate company vehicles.
• Valid CDL (License A) is highly desired; mandatory in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, rebuild and repair fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, and related parts).
• Document repairs and preventive maintenance in the online Enterprise Asset Management system.
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools.
• Perform detailed inspections and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Comply with DOT/OSHA and Reyes Fleet Management safety standards and policies.
• Some travel may be required; may operate Reyes vehicles as needed.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
