Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to service our fleet of tractors, trailers, and MHE at the Reyes Beverage Group facility in Jacksonville, FL. The role supports a large private fleet with a Monday–Friday shift from 10:30am to 7:00pm and offers comprehensive benefits.

You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, document work orders, and ensure safety compliance with DOT/OSHA standards. CDL is highly desirable, and some travel may be required.

Formación

• High School Diploma/ GED with 3+ years of related experience.
• Must possess own tools.
• Valid CDL (License A) is highly desired; mandatory in some locations.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, rebuild and repair fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, and related parts).
• Complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance through the online Enterprise Asset Management system.
• Diagnoses complex mechanical and electric problems utilizing diagnostic technology/software when applicable.
• Completes complex and detailed mechanical inspections and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal polices and regulations including DOT, OSHA, and Reyes Fleet Management standards, while ensuring compliance with safety programs, correct selection and use of appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and established best safety practices.
• This position may require driving Reyes Family of Businesses, Reyes Fleet Management and customer vehicles, it is regulated by the DOT and requires a current driver qualification file to be maintained as required by the role.
• Some travel may be required.
• Other projects or duties as assigned
