Join Our Team as a Diesel Mechanic Technician at MULLENS MARKINGS INC

We are currently hiring a Diesel Mechanic Technician in Culpepper, Virginia. Mullen's Markings is a full-service line striping and pavement marking company dedicated to high-quality highway, roadway, and parking lot striping services. Sign-On Bonus: $1500! We also provide a Monthly Tool Allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate fluid levels and tire pressures
• Perform vehicle diagnostics and troubleshoot equipment
• Diagnose hydraulic issues, repair and fabricate hoses
• Install and repair electrical systems
• Inspect and repair hydraulic and air-based braking systems
• Welding, cutting, and fabrication
• Drive to job sites for mobile repairs as needed
• Ensure timely and efficient operations within the shop
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License (CDL preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Strong mechanical knowledge of diesel engines and vehicles
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment
• Experience with small hand tools, power tools, and equipment like forklifts
