Fousek Truck Service is seeking a motivated individual to serve as a Diesel Mechanic Shop Foreman for our full-service mechanic shop specializing in semi-trucks and trailers. Our modern, 8-bay shop is fully equipped with a stocked parts room. Typically, 5-7 mechanics are on staff.

This role requires strong customer relations, business acumen, and leadership skills. An updated office space will be provided.

Job Duties:

1. Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues
2. Overseeing mechanics and shop operations
3. Maintaining customer relations
4. Providing job estimates
5. Ordering specialty parts
6. Job planning and coordination
