Immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Master Level Rebuild Diesel Technician to support our Truck Fleet at Ryder in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Position Details:

• Hourly Pay: $33.00 per hour
• Certification Bonus of $100 for each New ASE Certification Obtained up to $700
• Quarterly Bonus: up to $500 every quarter
• Sign On Bonus: $2000 at 30 days and $2000 at 90 days
• Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, weekends off
• Hours: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm (First Shift)

• Vocational/Technical Certification preferred
• Basic tools required
• Experience in automotive diesel engine repair, including preventive maintenance, diagnostics, major repairs

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to perform all T3 tasks
• Advanced mechanical skills
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability for shift work, weekends, on-call
• Prefer ASE Certifications
• Operate diagnostic equipment proficiently
• Minimum tools required
• Road test vehicles as needed
• Mentor and coach others

Must be able to drive Ryder vehicles, obtain CDL within 6 months, pass drug test, DOT physical, road test, background check.
