Job Description

Primary Location: Nampa, Idaho

Summary: Repairs and maintains fleet vehicles and equipment including heavy to light trucks, cars, forklifts, and vending refrigeration units by performing the following duties...

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Reads problem descriptions and diagnoses equipment to determine malfunctions and necessary corrective actions.
• Inspects vehicles for defective equipment.
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on all fleet vehicle systems.
• Overhauls gas or diesel engines.
• Examines protective guards, loose bolts, and safety devices on vehicles, making adjustments as needed.
• Lubricates moving parts and drives or operates repaired vehicles and equipment to verify conformance to specifications.
• Installs special lifting or towing attachments, hydraulic systems, shields, or other devices according to technical manuals or schematic drawings.
• Performs minor maintenance and repair of building and plant equipment including air-conditioning, plumbing, cable installation, and other mechanical components.
• Wears company-provided uniform and safety devices as appropriate to comply with safety standards and present a professional image.
• Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisors at any time.

Schedule: Days TUES-SAT (8am-5pm)
