Job summary

Greenbush Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair our diesel engines, trucks, and lift equipment including Kenworth, Freightliner, Volvo, Mack, Hyundai, and Linde models.

Analyze problems, perform mechanical and electrical repairs, inspect and test equipment, and document work orders while adhering to safety policies. A HS diploma and 2+ years of axle/tractor/trailer experience are required.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of tractor/trailer/forklift mechanical experience (Required)
• At least one (1) year of diesel engine repair experience preferred
• At least one (1) year of mechanical knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze problems and interpret technical information necessary to make required repairs.
• Perform mechanical & electrical maintenance and repairs on production machinery and facility support equipment.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions and validate work performed.
• Complete all assigned work orders within the time allotted; maintain records with logs.
• Follow safety policies including Lock-out / Tag-out procedures.
