Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $31.50 per hour
• Certification Bonus of $100 for each New ASE Certification Obtained up to $700
• Quarterly Bonus: Ryder Pays you up to $500 Every Quarter - Four Times Per Year
• Sign On Bonus: Ryder Pays You $1750 at 30 days and $1750 at 90 days
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, Weekends OFF
• Hours: Second Shift 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm

Job Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including preventive maintenance and diagnostics
• Work independently on complex mechanical and electronic problems
• Interact with customers/drivers to determine issues
• Utilize shop management systems and documentation
• Mentor junior technicians and support operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational or Technical Certification preferred
• Basic tools required
• Minimum of 2 years experience with heavy and medium-duty vehicle repairs
• Ability to obtain CDL within 6 months of hire
• Pass Ryder background checks, drug tests, DOT physical, and road test
