• Hourly Pay: $31.50 per hour
• Certification Bonus of $100 for each new ASE Certification obtained, up to $700
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to $500 every quarter
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,750 at 30 days and $1,750 at 90 days
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends off
• Hours: Second shift 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational or technical certifications preferred
• Basic tools required
• Experience in mechanical repair of automotive engines, including diagnostics and repairs
• Minimum 2 years of experience with heavy and medium-duty equipment
• Valid CDL Class A preferred
• Must obtain CDL within 6 months of hire
• Pass Ryder drug test, DOT physical, road test, and background checks

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including diagnostics and component replacements
• Maintain documentation and comply with safety standards
• Interact with customers/drivers to determine issues
• Support facility maintenance and other duties as needed
• Complete required training and certifications
