Job summary

Waste Pro is hiring a Diesel Mechanic A / Heavy-Duty Fleet Technician at our West Palm Beach facility. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing diesel trucks, CNG vehicles, hydraulic and electrical systems, and emissions equipment.

Qualified candidates will handle multiple truck brands, with opportunities for ASE certification, sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance, and annual allowances for tools and boots. This is a full-time on-site position with a strong growth path.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines and heavy-duty trucks.
• Inspect and service diesel and CNG vehicles and hydraulic/electrical systems.
• Work toward obtaining seven ASE certifications within 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair drivetrain, engine, transmissions, and electrical systems on heavy-duty fleet.
• Perform inspections and repairs on Mack, Peterbilt, Freightliner, Autocar chassis and equipment.
• Adhere to OSHA safety requirements and maintain shop data in maintenance software.
