• Hourly Pay: $31.81 per hour
• Certification Bonus of $100 for each New ASE Certification Obtained, up to $700
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to $500 every quarter
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, Weekends OFF
• Hours: Second Shift 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Vocational or Technical Certification or post-secondary degree (preferred)
• Basic tools required
• Experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines, including routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
• Three or more years of relevant work experience (preferred)
• Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A (preferred)
• All location-specific certifications required

Additional Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with heavy and medium-duty equipment repairs and diagnostics
• Computer skills: PC, Windows, mouse, etc.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle maintenance and repair, including preventive and diagnostic work
• Facility maintenance duties
• Customer interaction to determine issues
• Use of Shop Management System and documentation
• Compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines
• Mentoring junior technicians
• Access and use of maintenance documents
• Support duties as needed, including Service Island support
• Complete OEM diagnostic courses and training within specified timelines
