Job description

Diesel Mechanic

We are hiring immediately for multiple Diesel Mechanics to maintain, diagnose, and repair our commercial vehicles and related equipment at our North Little Rock, AR location. If you have diesel technician or related experience and excellent customer service skills, please apply! Multiple shifts are available.

Duties

• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment within specified Service Repair Times (SRT).
• Follow established maintenance procedures and guidelines.
• Adhere to safety procedures at all times.

Benefits

• Starting pay $21 - $28 plus
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday 9PM-8AM
• Night Weekend: Friday-Sunday 6PM-7AM

Working Conditions

The shop environment exposes employees to noise, intermittent standing, walking, and occasional pushing, carrying, or lifting. Exposure to outside weather conditions may occur.

Employees must frequently stand, walk, sit, handle, reach, talk, hear, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Occasionally, lifting/moving up to 100 pounds may be required. Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED, plus specialized schooling or on-the-job training in a specific skill area, 7-11 months related experience and/or training, and 1-6 months related management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
