MasterTech is on the search for experienced Diesel Mechanics in Albany, NY.

The successful Diesel Mechanics will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a diverse line of diesel trucks and equipment in a shop setting.

Compensation:

• $30.00 - $38.00/hour. Higher wages available based on experience.
• $1500.00 sign-on bonus.
• Comprehensive benefits plan including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short/long-term disability, etc.
• Boot and tool reimbursement.
• Quarterly profit sharing opportunities.

• 2 weeks vacation, sick days, and personal days.

Shift:

• Day shift, Monday to Friday. 7AM start time. Overtime available.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic (diesel trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, etc.).
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Education from an accredited Technical School is not required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing required, CDL preferred.
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks.
• Has basic to full set of hand tools.
