Job summary

Red Classic seeks a Diesel Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain diesel fleet equipment, including trailers and material handling gear. You will perform duties with limited supervision and mentor junior technicians as needed.

Pay ranges from $28.50 to $33.00 per hour, with full-time benefits such as paid training, PTO, 401(k) matching, ESPP, health/dental/vision, life insurance, and weekly pay. Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm in Burlington, NC.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to meet DOT requirements.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge/experience: 3–5 years in related work.
• DOT Brake Inspection certification is required.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain diesel-powered vehicles and related equipment for customers.
• Provide mentoring/assistance to junior technicians as needed.
