Qualifications

2 years as a mechanic technician working on heavy equipment/trucks or similar role
2 years inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing trucks and stationary equipment
Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
Valid Driver's License Upon Hire

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards and safety procedures
Communicate directions and specifications to team members
Demonstrate high quality work with minimal repeat repairs and within Standard Repair Times (SRTs)
Aid and train other technicians in repairs and WM procedures
Document work and parts usage using fleet maintenance software
Test and adjust vehicle systems and components for proper functionality
Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot using specialized tools
Repair and replace components to manufacturer specs and safety guidelines
Maintain tools, equipment, and shop facilities in good condition
Provide technical guidance to junior staff and collaborate with supervisors
Estimate time and material costs and requisition parts
Perform service calls and emergency breakdown repairs
Complete mandatory training modules
