Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Power Technician 1 in Nashville to load and unload equipment, perform basic preventive maintenance, and execute minor repairs to reduce downtime. The role requires 1–3 years of related experience and knowledge of generators, power distribution, HVAC systems, and diesel pumps.

You will operate indoors/outdoors as needed, with physical tasks including bending, lifting, and reaching.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in repairing and maintaining Power/HVAC/Compressor equipment and accessories.
• Basic knowledge of generators, power distribution, A/C, Heater, HVAC, and Diesel driven Pumps.
• Basic understanding of diesel equipment, electronics and hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload equipment and perform basic preventative maintenance.
• Carry out minor repairs to equipment to minimize downtime.
• Work safely to protect equipment, customers, and coworkers.
