Job summary

Nutrition 101 LLC in Pendleton, IN, is hiring a Diesel Fleet Mechanic to maintain, diagnose, and repair our fleet of vehicles, ensuring safety and reliability.

The role requires 2–5+ years in diesel repair, performs inspections, uses OEM diagnostic tools, and follows maintenance schedules. Regular full-time, hourly non-exempt, with on-call 24/7 duties as needed; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; diesel tech cert preferred.
• 2–5+ years in diesel engine repair, fleet maintenance, or heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical, brakes, HVAC.
• Experience with diagnostic software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections on diesel fleet vehicles and trailers.
• Use diagnostic tools to assess mechanical and electrical problems.
• Conduct routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections.
• Repair and replace engines, brakes, electrical, and HVAC components.
• Maintain detailed service records; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with fleet managers on repairs and maintenance schedules.
