Job summary

Nutrition 101 LLC is seeking a Fleet Trailer Technician to maintain, diagnose, and repair our vehicle fleet to keep operations safe and efficient. You will perform preventive maintenance, handle repairs, and maintain accurate service records while meeting safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; diesel technology certification preferred.
• 2–5+ years in diesel engine repair, fleet maintenance, or heavy equipment mechanics.
• Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, braking and HVAC components.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections on fleet vehicles to identify wear, damage, or safety issues.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to assess mechanical and electrical problems and ensure accurate repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
• Repair and replace defective components including engines, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC.
• Maintain detailed service records for each vehicle and ensure compliance with safety and emissions standards.
• Respond to emergency repair requests and coordinate towing/replacement as needed.
• Utilize CMMS software and coordinate with fleet managers on maintenance schedules.
