Job summary

Nutrition 101 LLC is seeking a Diesel Fleet Mechanic to maintain, diagnose, and repair the company’s fleet to ensure safety and reliability. You will perform routine maintenance, use diagnostic tools, and address engines, brakes, electrical, and HVAC systems while keeping detailed service records.

The role requires 2-5+ years of diesel experience, a high school diploma or GED, and preferred diesel tech certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical or trade school certification in diesel technology preferred.
• 2-5+ years of experience in diesel engine repair or heavy equipment mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and maintain the Company’s mission and values.
• Lead by example in policy adherence and safety procedures.
• Inspect diesel fleet vehicles and trailers to identify wear or safety issues.
• Use diagnostic tools to assess mechanical and electrical problems and perform repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections).
• Repair engines, brakes, electrical, and HVAC systems as needed.
• Maintain detailed service records and ensure compliance with safety and emissions standards.
• Coordinate with fleet managers and drivers on maintenance schedules.
