Sysco is seeking a Fleet Technician in the United States to perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on fleet vehicles and equipment. You will diagnose issues, follow manufacturer specifications, and document all work while mentoring junior technicians.

The role offers competitive hourly pay, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including vacation, holidays, and ongoing leadership development.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Experience in medium/heavy truck maintenance.
• ASE and EPA certifications preferred.

Mansioni

• Inspect and maintain fleet vehicles to maximize safety and reliability.
• Perform annual inspections on tractors, trailers, and equipment per regulations.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs per manufacturer specs.
• Diagnose malfunctions and repair engines, transmissions, and braking systems.
• Mentor Fleet Technician I/II and support supervisor duties as needed.
• Document work performed on work orders and adhere to procedures.
