Qualifikationen

• Medium/Heavy Duty truck technical training.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-year school and 1 year of experience or 3 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair.
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Annual Inspector Certification, Brake Inspector Certification, ASE certifications; 609 HVAC Certification.

Aufgaben

• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles within planned tolerances.
• Perform annual inspections (FAI/CVI) on tractors, trailers and equipment per regulations.
• Perform quality maintenance and repairs to maximize safety and reliability.
• Diagnose malfunctions and repair to manufacturer specifications (engines, transmissions, electrical, etc.).
• Document all work performed on work orders and learn Sysco computer programs.
• Operate electrical meters and perform welding as needed.
