Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Branch Fleet Technician in Minneapolis, MN to maintain diesel equipment and hydrovac operations, perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and document work in Fleetio.

The role requires a High School Diploma, licensed Heavy Duty Technician, and a valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred). You’ll work beyond 40 hours and contribute to fleet reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Licensed Heavy Duty Technician.
• Driver's License required; Class B CDL license preferred.
• Frequent lifting and physical work; ability to work >40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and repair vehicles and equipment; perform preventive maintenance such as oil changes and greasing of trucks.
• Conduct safety checks on trucks.
• Maintain communication with Branch Manager and Regional Fleet Staff.
• Keep Hydrovac Fleet operating per instructions; troubleshoot breakdowns; maintain supplies; perform preventive maintenance.
• Update knowledge via educational opportunities and publications.
• May perform service calls for emergency breakdowns.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
