Job summary
Booster is seeking a Diesel Fleet Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability, safety, and readiness of our fleet assets. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on diesel-powered vehicles, tanker systems, fueling equipment, and related assets.
The role requires a hands-on technician who can work with minimal supervision and uphold high safety standards. This position involves travel up to 25% and may require on-call support to meet operational needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of diesel technician or fleet maintenance experience.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues independently.
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and operational issues quickly and accurately.
- Perform repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
- Utilize diagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot vehicle and equipment issues.
- Return assets to service as quickly and safely as possible.
- Communicate repair status and timelines to leadership and drivers.
