Booster is seeking a Diesel Fleet Maintenance Technician to ensure reliability and safety of our diesel fleet, fueling equipment, and tanker systems. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include on-call support, field travel up to 25%, and maintaining accurate records while upholding safety and regulatory standards. A valid driver's license is required and prior tanker/fuel experience is a plus.

Formación

• 3+ years of diesel fleet maintenance experience.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Fleet Reliability & Preventative Maintenance: diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and operational issues; perform repairs; prioritize based on urgency; return assets to service.
• Diagnostics & Repair Execution: respond to defects within 24 hours; assist with roadside and after-hours repairs; participate in on-call rotation.
• Compliance & Safety: ensure repairs comply with DOT and safety standards; maintain records; support audits.
• Cross-Market & Field Support: travel to other Booster markets as needed; support field maintenance during surges; collaborate with leadership.
