Job summary

Reyes Fleet Management, one of the largest privately held fleets in the U.S., is hiring a Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician A to perform repairs and maintenance on our tractor and trailer equipment at the Reyes Beverage Group facility in Pompano Beach.

Shift: Tuesday - Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm. Pay: $35.00 - $38.00/hr, depending upon experience. Generous benefits, career advancement opportunities, and a supportive work culture await.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 3 plus years of related experience.
Must possess own tools.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, rebuild and repair fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, and related parts).
Complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance through the online Enterprise Asset Management system.
Diagnoses complex mechanical and electric problems utilizing diagnostic technology/software when applicable.
Completes complex and detailed mechanical inspections and repairs with minimal supervision.
Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal polices and regulations including DOT, OSHA, and Reyes Fleet Management standards, while ensuring safety program compliance.
Some travel may be required.
Other projects or duties as assigned.
