Job summary

Reyes Fleet Management, a major fleet operator, is seeking a Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician A for the Las Vegas Coca-Cola Bottling shop. The role focuses on repair and maintenance of tractors and trailers, with a 2:00pm–10:30pm shift and a pay rate of $36.64 per hour.

Requires a High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years’ related experience, own tools, and a valid driver's license; CDL is highly desired and sometimes mandatory depending on location. Some travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Must possess own tools.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, rebuild and repair fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, and related parts).
• Complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance through the online Enterprise Asset Management system.
• Diagnoses complex mechanical and electric problems utilizing diagnostic technology/software when applicable.
• Completes complex and detailed mechanical inspections and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations including DOT, OSHA, Reyes Fleet Management standards, while ensuring safety programs and proper PPE usage.
• This position may require driving Reyes Family of Businesses, Reyes Fleet Management and customer vehicles; CDL holders will have a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of start and subject to a FMCSA Clearinghouse review.
• Some travel may be required.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
