Job summary

The Fleet Technician role at Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast in Providence, RI performs repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance on diesel and gasoline fleet vehicles, including trucks, trailers, pallet jacks, forklifts, and automobiles.

You will help ensure safe, reliable operation of our fleet. Requires 1–3 years in auto/mechanics, tool ownership, a HS diploma, and a valid license with a clean MVR; CDL preferred and ASE desirable. Pay is $34–$36/hr based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1–3 years of experience in auto mechanics and heavy equipment repair.
• Basic proficiency with computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and perform repairs on company fleet vehicles.
• Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Test equipment to ensure proper functioning and performance.
• Respond to service calls.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Maintain clean and safe work area at all times.
