Job summary

Reyes Fleet Management, one of the largest privately held fleets in the U.S., is seeking a Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician B to repair and maintain the tractor and trailer equipment at our Reyes Beverage Group shop in Gardena.

This full-time role offers a 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift, pay between $32.00 and $36.00 per hour, plus OT eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. You will inspect, diagnose, repair, and document work using AssetWorks and ensure DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess own tools.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR per DOT regulations to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to frequently lift/push/pull weights over 50 pounds; occasionally over 100 pounds.
• Technical School Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and perform routine preventative maintenance on fleet equipment.
• Document repairs and maintenance in AssetWorks with parts used and work performed.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Adhere to DOT, OSHA and Reyes Fleet Management safety requirements.
• Possess current driver qualifications and comply with company policies.
