Job summary

Performance Food Group seeks an experienced Fleet Technician to diagnose and repair medium to heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and refrigeration units. You will conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs, with documentation of all work orders.

Road calls may be required, and you will assist in training other staff. Position offers shift 7:00am-3:30pm,Mon-Fri, with $36.00 per hour and a $5,000 sign-on bonus (terms apply).

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair experience.
• Experience with PMs, tires & wheels, air brakes, and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair medium to heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on fleet equipment.
• Document work orders and parts used; maintain accurate records.
• Road call service as needed.
• Train other employees.
