Job summary

Reyes Fleet Management, located at a Reyes Beverage Group facility in Manor, TX, is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to service our tractors, trailers and refrigeration units. The role runs Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 10:30pm with hourly pay of $34.00 to $40.00, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of related experience.
• Must possess own tools.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR under DOT.
• CDL (Class A) highly desired; mandatory in some locations.
• Ability to frequently lift/push/pull weights over 50 lbs and up to 100+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, rebuild and repair fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, and related parts).
• Document work orders for repairs and preventive maintenance in the online system.
• Diagnose mechanical and electric problems using diagnostic tech when applicable.
• Perform complex inspections and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Follow company, local, state and federal policies including DOT/OSHA safety standards.
• Position may require driving Reyes Family of Businesses vehicles; DOT requirements apply.
• Some travel may be required; other duties as assigned.
