Job summary

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to service our Martin Brower fleet in Conroe, TX. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain tractors and trailers including refrigeration units, with thorough documentation in our EAM system.

This full-time role requires 3+ years of experience, own tools, and a valid CDL is highly desirable. Expect a night shift with potential DOT-related requirements and occasional travel. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of related experience.
• Must possess own tools for repairs.
• Valid CDL is highly desired; mandatory in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, rebuild and repair fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, and related parts).
• Complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventive maintenance via the online Enterprise Asset Management system.
• Diagnoses complex mechanical and electric problems using diagnostic technology/software when applicable.
• Performs detailed mechanical inspections and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to DOT, OSHA and Reyes Fleet Management safety standards and use of PPE and tools.
• Travel may be required and DOT-related records must be maintained.
