Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using repair manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics to troubleshoot or repair vehicle or component failure.
• In-depth knowledge of truck components and systems.
• Experience repairing and performing maintenance on heavy trucks and diesel engines.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance of fleet vehicles per company schedules and/or DVIRs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues and make necessary repairs.
• Check, fill, and/or change fluids and filters.
• Inspect and repair electrical, air, and brake systems.
• Perform roadside repairs when qualified.
• Maintain accurate records of time, maintenance orders, and parts usage.
• Interact professionally with internal and external customers.
