Wiers Fleet Partners in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Diesel Shop Service Advisor to be the primary contact for diesel engine services, connecting customers with technicians and ensuring satisfaction. You will diagnose needs, manage repair workflows, and leverage our systems to look up parts and invoice repairs.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in truck service and 5 years in administrative work, plus a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in truck service and repair.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in administrative and clerical work.
• High school diploma is required.
• CDL preferred.
• Excellent time management and goal-setting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assigning work to qualified technicians.
• Dispatches and assigns work with instructions to technicians.
• Invoices completed repair orders prior to releasing the vehicle.
• Obtain authorization and ensure documents are signed prior to releasing the trucks to customers.
• Build positive and enduring relationships with customers for repeat business.
