Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to repair and maintain our fleet vehicles. Diesel Mechanics of all experience levels are encouraged to apply, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting fleet equipment, interpreting repair orders, documenting work and parts usage, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace per OSHA standards. Valid driver license required; HS diploma or GED with related experience accepted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent with 4 years of related equipment maintenance/repair experience; OR 6 years related experience.
• Valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair fleet vehicles and equipment
• Reads and interprets Vehicle Condition Reports and repair orders
• Communicates with supervisor and equipment operators for maintenance needs
• Completes paperwork related to repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage and times
• Maintains a clean, safe work area in OSHA-compliant standards
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Maintain positive work environment with customers, vendors and colleagues
