Job summary
Reyes Fleet Management in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to service tractors, trailers, and MHE equipment. Shift: Mon-Fri 10:00am-6:30pm. Pay: $36.00-$38.00/hr DOE. Join a team with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.
Requirements include High School/GED, own tools, and a valid CDL is highly desired. Some locations require CDL; travel may be involved.
Qualifications
- High School/GED required.
- Must possess own tools.
- Valid CDL (License A) is highly desired; mandatory in some locations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, rebuild and repair fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, and related parts).
- Complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance through the online Enterprise Asset Management system.
- Diagnoses complex mechanical and electric problems utilizing diagnostic technology/software when applicable.
- Completes complex and detailed mechanical inspections and repairs with minimal supervision.
- Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal polices and regulations including DOT, OSHA, and Reyes Fleet Management standards, while ensuring safety programs and proper use of tools and PPE.
