Job summary

Smyrna Ready Mix LLC is hiring Fleet Mechanics to ensure the reliable operation of their heavy fleet. You will be responsible for maintaining diesel engines, diagnosing issues, and performing essential repairs. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a diesel mechanic, fleet mechanic, or heavy equipment technician is a plus.
• Willingness to work variable shifts as needed to support fleet operations.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on diesel engines and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy equipment.
• Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance and repairs.
