Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management is seeking an experienced mechanic to service diesel equipment, from two-cycle engines to Class A trucks, loaders, and trailers. You will be the go-to expert for our team, ensuring reliability and uptime across our fleet.

This role offers hands-on maintenance, on-site repairs, and collaboration with fellow mechanics. Winter rotations support overnight snow operations; strong problem-solving and self-management are essential.

Qualifications

/ Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain front-end suspension, tires, brakes, and perform preventative maintenance.
/ Complete diesel inspections and assess equipment for repair needs.
/ Support operations with repairs in the field and operator education when possible.
/ Participate in rotating winter shift to support overnight snow operations.
/ Keep track of repairs, time, and parts on our mobile app.
/ Take ownership of stock parts, tools, and shop organization.
/ Self-starter, able to prioritize and work without direct supervision.
/ Hold a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
/ Smartphone required to use the company app.
/ Physical ability to work outdoors in noisy environments.
