Job summary

Mechanics Hub in Crowley, Texas, seeks a Diesel Fleet Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repair of an established fleet. You will lead a team, enforce safety standards, and manage work orders and parts using an EAM ERP system.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience in diesel shop environments, with strong knowledge of fleet management, DOT regulations, and diagnostics tools. ASE certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a diesel shop environment.
• Experience in heavy/medium duty fleets and repair of trucks/buses.
• Knowledge of local DOT regulations for Med/Heavy Trucks.
• Proficiency with computerized diagnostics tools.
• Ability to plan and schedule daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and repairs.
• Experience supervising parts inventory, purchasing, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctions and repair diesel vehicle systems.
• Oversee maintenance and safety standard operating procedures.
• Manage maintenance work orders and parts inventory in the EAM ERP system.
• Oversee parts inventory and ensure stocking efficiency.
• Lead preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs.
• Coordinate with drivers, route operations, and customer care.
• Supervise maintenance staff, providing training and guidance.
