Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 3+ years with diesel engines, compressors, or generators.
• Ability to diagnose faults and read engine fault codes.
• Knowledge of Tier 3/4 engines, sensors, ECUs.
• Valid driver's license; forklift certification required.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Strong selling and quoting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines and related equipment.
• Perform preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
• Prepare and present service quotes directly to customers.
• Identify and sell repair, overhaul, and maintenance work.
• Travel to customer sites up to 80%.
