You will be the liaison between customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. The role emphasizes organization, technical knowledge, and customer focus. The position requires strong communication and coordination across teams.
Qualifications
2+ years in service coordination, dispatch, or customer service in heavy-duty diesel/truck/equipment sectors.
Knowledge of diesel engines, generators, hydraulics, and electrical systems is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Schedule field service appointments, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
Act as primary client contact for status updates and inquiries.
Dispatch technicians, provide work orders, and ensure parts/tools are available.
Create, track, and close work orders in the service management system.
Coordinate with parts for inventory availability and for repairs.
Generate and analyze service reports to monitor performance and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Provide remote technical guidance to technicians and coordinate with engineering for complex issues.
Assist with billing to ensure accurate invoicing for labor, parts, and travel.
